Oakford Thoroughbred Farm is a picturesque and peaceful boutique farm of 800 acres situated in a fertile valley 6 kms from the historic town of Maldon and a pleasant 80min drive from Melbourne Airport.

Brian and Judy McKnight and family offer the experience and reputation afforded from a life time involvement in the Thoroughbred Industry.

Facilities at Oakford Farm include 40 spacious well ventilated stables, 6 stripping sheds, excellent fencing, walking machine, equine swimming pool, 2100m railed sand training track, dedicated Veterinary area and floodlit foaling down paddock.

Oakford horses have the best nutrition available for their ongoing development with ample water being available to produce top quality lucerne, cereals, and pasture. A temperate climate is enjoyed by all resident stock.

Specialised attention to all thoroughbreds entrusted to the care of the McKnight's at Oakford Farm is of utmost importance which ensures the individual needs of all horses and clients are met.
