Super VOBIS assists breeders during EI crisis.
To ensure that no Victorian breeder is further disadvantaged during the current EI crisis, the Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Advisory Panel (TOBA) has decided to relax the conditions associated with Category C yearlings.
